Lumbar Puncture half successful

Hi!
Went to Cedars again today to Interventional Radiology. They sent me a Neuro-Radiologist to do my procedure. His name was Dr. Pashar I think. He was very gentle and slow, didn't hurt near as bad as yesterday but it took forever and we still didn't get a 'good' reading on the pressures and the fluid was so slow running that they had to stand me up and you all know that I can't stand up very well. Finally we had to give up before we were able to finish the procedure simply because I couldn't tolerate standing.

So, they sent off a BUNCH of labs and I am instructed to stay in bed for 24 hours, lie down, drink lots of fluids and maybe stay in bed most of the weekend. If I don't see you at church, I'll be thinking of you anyway!

I'm also on orders to go to the ER for anything, and they said anything that is peculiar. You know, I think I'll actually do that if I don't feel better by Sunday! Maybe this new liver problem is adding to the trouble? Maybe they might need to investigate that more.
